🎀 GENERAL ORDER QUESTIONS


Can I return my order? What if I have an issue?

Refunds can only be issued for orders that have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot offer refunds due to sanitary reasons and the surprise-style nature of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet.
Once your order has been processed or dropped off to the carrier, we can no longer cancel it.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.


I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete address:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email right away to confirm the address.

  2. Email us within 24 hours at support@luckygirlscoops.com with the correct information.

If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address.
If the order has shipped or the 24-hour window has passed, we are unable to change the address.

No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 5–12 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping time varies by location, but the average is 3–15 business days after processing.

We are a small business and deeply appreciate your patience.

🎁 SCOOP REQUESTS & CUSTOMIZATION


Can I make a special request for my scoop?

We do accept simple special requests, such as color preferences or letting us know if you already own certain items.
While we cannot guarantee every request, we will always try our best.

You can leave your request in the order notes at checkout.
If you forget, please email us right away at support@luckygirlscoops.com with your order number and request.


Are the scoops suitable for children?

Yes! Many items are child-friendly. However, some items may contain small parts and may not be suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended.

If the scoop is for a child, you may leave their age and gender in the order notes, or email us at support@luckygirlscoops.com so we can do our best to make the scoop age-appropriate.
We cannot guarantee all requests, but we always try our best.


Can I choose exactly what items I get?

No — Lucky Scoops are designed to be surprise-style.
You may leave preferences, but specific items cannot be guaranteed.


What is a Lucky Scoop?

A Lucky Scoop is a themed surprise bundle of items such as beauty products, stationery, lip gloss, accessories, and more.
Every scoop is curated by hand, and no two scoops are the same.


🎥 LIVE SCOOPS & VIDEO TICKETS


Do you scoop my order on live?

Orders are scooped on live only per customer request or if you place an order while you are watching the live stream.

Here’s how it works:

  • We go live for Lucky Scoops on Facebook:
    Tuesdays at 7 PM ET
    Sundays at 5 PM ET

  • If you place an order during the live and come back to the live chat, we will scoop your order on live for you.

  • If you place an order while we are not live, you may leave an order note requesting:
    “Please scoop my order on the next live.”

  • If you request a live scoop but do not attend the next scheduled live stream, we may scoop your order off-live and process it normally so shipping is not delayed.

If you forget to leave a note, you can email support@luckygirlscoops.com with your request.


How long does it take for my order to be scooped?

Orders are scooped:

  • Immediately on live if you order during the live and are present

  • On the next scheduled live if you request a live scoop

  • Off-live during normal processing if no scoop request is made

Processing time (5–12 business days) still applies regardless of scoop timing.


What is a Lucky Video Ticket?

A Lucky Video Ticket is an add-on that lets you have your scoop recorded as a dedicated video and posted on all of our platforms:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

Important notes:

  • Holiday scoops are not included in video tickets

  • If we are extremely busy and cannot record or post your scoop, you will be refunded for the video ticket

  • You do not need a video ticket if your order is scooped on live — live scoop videos are free


📦 SHIPPING, DELIVERY & COMBINED ORDERS


Can you combine multiple orders into one shipment?

In most cases, we do not combine separate orders because it can affect weight, packaging, and shipping costs.

However, in rare cases and at our discretion, we may combine orders placed very close together.
This is not guaranteed.

If you want to request combined shipping, please email support@luckygirlscoops.com with your order numbers.


My tracking says delivered, but I don’t see my package. What should I do?

If your package is marked delivered but not found, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Look around your porch, mailbox area, garage, and side doors

  3. Confirm with your local post office or mail carrier

  4. Allow up to 72 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Lucky Girl Scoops cannot issue refunds or replacements.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship from the United States to the following countries:

  • Canada

  • Mexico

  • Australia

  • Ireland

  • New Zealand

  • Caribbean

  • Netherlands

  • Italy

  • Norway

  • Belgium

  • Sweden

  • Switzerland

  • Denmark

🎁 GIFTS & PACKAGING


Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
However, if your order is for a special occasion such as a birthday, you may leave an order note or email us. When possible, we may include a small birthday card or note based on availability.


💳 PAYMENT & BILLING


Why do I see multiple charges on my card?

If you notice multiple charges, they are usually pending authorizations from your bank. These typically disappear within 24–72 hours.

You are only charged once for completed orders.
