📦 Processing & Shipping Times

Processing time for all orders is 5–12 business days (not including weekends or holidays) due to high demand. During peak seasons or major restocks, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery time is 4–15 business days, though many customers receive their packages sooner. Every order is shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

đźšš Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lucky Girl Scoops is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once the carrier marks an order as DELIVERED, the order is considered successfully fulfilled. Lucky Girl Scoops does not issue refunds or replacements for packages that show as delivered to the address provided.

Packages may experience delays due to postal issues, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

📍 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the following:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Look around your porch, mailbox, garage, and side doors

  3. Verify if the carrier left a notice

  4. Contact your local post office or carrier to open a case

  5. Allow up to 72 hours, as some carriers mark items delivered before arrival

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Lucky Girl Scoops is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

✍️ Signature Confirmation (Fraud Prevention)

To protect our customers and our business, we may require signature confirmation on:

  • First-time customer orders

  • Orders over $50

  • High-value orders

  • Deliveries going to high-risk locations

This policy helps ensure safe delivery and reduces fraudulent claims.

For your protection, orders may undergo verification before shipping.
We may contact you if:

  • Billing and shipping addresses do not match

  • The order triggers a fraud alert

  • The order value is unusually high

  • Additional confirmation is needed

Your order may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is completed.

📬 Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping to resend the package.
You may also request a refund for the products (shipping cost not included).

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us first at our customer support email.
We respond within 24–48 business hours and are always happy to help.

Filing a dispute or chargeback before contacting us removes eligibility for refunds, replacements, or store credit.

⚖️ Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If a dispute is filed for an order that was:

  • Correctly delivered to the address provided by the customer,

  • Not reported to us as missing or damaged,

  • Never communicated to our support team prior to the dispute,

Lucky Girl Scoops will provide full evidence to the bank, including tracking confirmation, fulfillment records, customer communication attempts, and proof of delivery.

Filing fraudulent disputes may result in order restrictions or removal of purchasing privileges.
